Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion.

This ayat makes me feel better whenever I have bitter emotions. I will get my justice.

Wow, sister, I read your previous post too, and I must say you are one brave, strong, beautiful woman!

Islam's emphasis on 'jusitce' is really what inspires me each and every day to live a meaningful life. I cannot imagine what you have gone through, but I do understand what childhood trauma does to a person.

Alhamdolillah, it has made you stronger. :)

Much love and respect sister!

I find this particular ayat hard to believe when there are Muslims running around intent on passing emotional, psychological, and sometimes even physical judgement on others.

If God is saying wait until Judgement Day and all will be made right...or wrong depending on which side of the fire you end up on...then why are Muslims so damn eager to do the judging now?
